FOX Morning Show gets some Pep from the Kansas City Brigade Arena Football team

Brigade Arena Football player, Chris Cook, and cheerleader, Ashley Worrell, went on FOX’s Morning Show to show hosts Laura Thornquist and Paul Herdner a thing or two about the basics of football and cheerleading. During the segment, Laura threw a pass to Paul with some coaching by Cook. Also, the hosts twirled their hair and learned the Brigade Cheerleader’s signature move in anticipation for the Brigade Mini Cheerleading and Football Camp that was held at Park Place on October 4. This is one segment that no one will forget… after all Paul did use the pom poms.
