Trezo Vino Wine Bar and Bistro and two new PB&J concept restaurants will make their debut in the metro Kansas City area in fall 2007 when Park Place opens. California Pizza Kitchen will open its second Kansas City location in Park Place as well.

At Trezo Vino Wine Bar and Bistro, locals will be able to choose from one of Trezo Vino’s 165 wines by the bottle and 40 by the glass. Its full bar also features the bistro’s own wines. The menu, which was created as a complement to its wines, features tapas, salads, flatbreads and deserts all created by Chef Michael Peterson and Chef de Cuisine Jose Luis Granados. All of the items are made from scratch and prepared in the exhibition kitchen which invites guests to interact with the chef and watch the food preparation.

International pizza chain California Pizza Kitchen is adding its second Kansas City location at Park Place. Widely known for its innovative “California style” pizzas, such as its Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken pizza, CPK has 180 locations in 27 states and five foreign countries. In addition to pizza, CPK serves various kinds of pastas, salads and desserts for meat lovers, vegetarians and the health conscious.
