The February/March 2008 issue of Commercial Journal Kansas City announced that RA Sushi and Ingredient are the latest restaurants to join Park Place.

From the article:

“RA Sushi will be a full-service Japanese restaurant with fresh sushi flown in daily. The menu will offer more than 20 signature sushi items, as well as pacific-rim-inspired dishes and an array of sake.”

“Ingredient, a local restaurant with its original location in Lawrence, will offer fast and casual, yet gourmet, dining. Using ingredients from local markets and farmers, Ingredient will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.”
