Tortoise Capital Advisors, LLC and aloft hotel are the newest additions to the Park Place community.

Tortoise Capital Advisors, a pioneer in capital markets for master limited partnership (MLP) investment companies and a leader in closed-end funds, separately manages accounts focused on MLPs in the energy sector. As of December 31, 2007, the adviser had approximately $2.9 billion of assets under management. It is relocating its offices from Corporate Woods office park in Overland Park, Kan., to occupy approximately 17,500square feet at Park Place. Tortoise will move into its new location in mid-May.

aloft, a vision of W Hotels’, has made its way to Park Place. It will be a six-story hotel with 158 rooms that delivers more than just a place to sleep. aloft offers fun, fresh alternatives to the norm, including furnished loft-style guest rooms, oversized showers, flat panel televisions and numerous easy-to-use tech savvy services.

The aloft is franchised under the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide flag and will open in late 2008.
