Midwest Real Estate News announces Tortoise Capital Advisors moving to Park Place; Aloft Hotel to break ground.

“Tortoise Capital Advisors LLC and Aloft Hotel have come part of Park Place, a “Main Street”-style, mixed use development that was set to hold a grand opening on March 29.

Tortoise Capital Advisors, an investment company specializing in closed-end funds, relocated its offices from Corporate Woods in Overland Park, Kan. to occupy approximately 17,500 square-feet at Park Place. Tortoise says it will move into its new location mid-May.
The Aloft Hotel, meanwhile, will be a six-story hotel with 158 rooms. It is franchised under the Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide flag and will open in late 2008.”
