KC Magazine announces the opening of Park Place.

“Park Place, Johnson County’s first mixed-use development to incorporate green space, is officially open for business in Leawood. On March 29, California Pizza Kitchen, Park Place Gallery, Trezo Vino Wine Bar and Bistro, Envy Boutique, Annabelle’s, The Learning Tree, and Park Place Gallery all swung open their doors.

And more is on the way: Ingredient, Fish City Grill, Le Reve Salon, Paciugo Gelato, and the Rice Gallery of Fine Art will join the lineup later this year. Additionally, lofts, town homes, condominiums, two boutique hotels, ice rink, two parks, and a trail system are expected in the near future.
