801 Chophouse

A late 1920's New York City steak house interior with signature leather booths, cherry wood furnishings, wooden floors, granite counter tops and high ceilings accented with dramatic lighting. 801 Chophouse offers only the very finest and freshest meats, seafood, and vegetables available. Our Executive Chef creates a fresh sheet that highlights our unique weekly offerings. Seasonal fresh soups and salads, oysters on the half shell, four species of fresh fish, live Maine lobsters and king crab legs. Make sure to save room for our made from scratch Grand Marnier Soufflé! Aged USDA Grade Prime Beef ONLY, Iowa Duroc pork chops and Colorado lamb.

Customizing parties from 6 to 40, our walls reconfigure for the perfect amount of space, our tables change for seating and conversation, and our custom menus range from cocktails and hors d’oeuvres to full course dining.

Most of our restaurants feature an on-site brewery where our Brewmasters create their award-winning house beers, as well as limited-time brews that compliment all seasons. Each seasonal beer is celebrated with a tapping party that’s open to the public were patrons are encouraged to sample the latest seasonal beer and menu.

Guests can also reserve their spot at one of our Brewer’s Dinners where exceptional brewing meets culinary brilliance. Attendees are treated to an off-the-menu meal created by the restaurant’s executive chef, with each course being paired with a flagship or seasonal beer brewed right in our brewery. Paciugo offers the only authentic Italian gelato in Kansas City! We make all of our gelato fresh in our store daily, using only the finest ingredients. Our gelato is 70% less fattening than premium ice cream and we have a large selection of sorbetti, soy, and no sugar added flavors.

We have over 250 recipes that range from the traditional favorites to the most unique. We encourage sampling and allow our guests to customize their cups with multiple flavors. We also offer a fantastic selection of coffee drinks, frappes, and frizzantes.

Paciugo Gelato is made fresh every day in-store. Born in Italy and raised in America, we strive to bring you authentic, beautiful and oh so dreamy Italian Gelato. It’s made with milk – not cream – and ingredients from the globe. Taste = Paciugo love.

Starting with just a taste of her Grandfather’s handmade gelato, founder Cristiana Ginatta started her life-long romance with the Italian dessert at a young age. Growing up in Italy, everywhere she traveled led to new flavors – each region specializing in a unique recipe with local ingredients and techniques. As a young woman, she attended culinary school, focusing on the art of traditional gelato-making and perfected her skills in one of the finest family-run gelaterias in Turin, Italy.

In 1997 Cristiana, her husband Ugo and his son Vincenzo moved to Dallas, Texas. The Ginattas soon found that what they missed most about the Old World was the wonderful flavors of Italy – the delicious gelati and the dark, rich espresso. They decided that in Dallas, their family’s mission was to share these incredible flavors with their new hometown. In 2000, with a lot of hard work and dozens of new gelato recipes Paciugo (an Italian word meaning “messy concoction”) was born. Over time, Paciugo spread to dozens of locations all over North America. From father to daughter, from the Old Country to the New World – The Ginattas want to share the gelato love with you and your family.

Pickleman's is an upscale, fast casual sandwich shop committed to quality food people crave. This is accomplished through our diverse menu that out classes our competition. We use the best tasting and highest quality products available and our meats, cheeses and fresh produce are sliced daily to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our bread has the right substance to hold up to the heat required to melt our cheese and allows the flavor of our quality meats to peak just as they come out of the oven. It's a darn good sandwich. Pig and Finch

Beer is food, and here at the Pig and Finch we hold no exception. We are a Gastro pub, originating from Gastronomy: the relation of culture and food. Here we merge the historic themes of British pubs and American restaurant influences to create something entirely unique. We focus on the art of food pairing, which our chef constantly continues to discover new methods of combining his quality ingredients with our wine and beer selection. The beer is seasonally rotated, which include draft kegs as well as our smaller and larger formatted craft bottles, along with our modest yet carefully chosen list of wines from around the world.

The ability to acquire the perfect combination to create a sensation that strikes with boldness, pleasure and any emotional value that one seeks is something truly sought after. It is our philosophy that only great food should be paired with great drink.

RA Sushi

RA Sushi brings an Asian flare with a “RA”ckin’ vibe, popular music, and distinctive cuisine that sets it apart from a typical sushi joint. Consistently awarded for its fresh sushi, creative cocktails, killer happy hour, and musically inspired nightlife, at RA, good food and good times go hand-in-hand.

RA’s menu is based on freshness and quality and is revitalized often with new and stimulating dishes. The freshly prepared sushi and full menu of Japanese fusion dishes offer guests a selection as wide as the sea.

While the fare is very important to RA’s customer, this is not their only reason for dining here. Many return frequently simply because they enjoy the whole experience of a night out in the RA. It’s the perfect place to cut loose with friends, toss back a few, and enjoy the best sushi the ocean has to offer.

Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner is served until midnight daily. The bar is open until 1 a.m. or later. Happy Hour food and beverage specials are offered Monday through Saturday, 3 to 7 p.m. The same specials are offered late night from 10 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Saturday.
