Park Place Donation Request Instructions
Every month, Park Place conducts a drawing of all donation requests and randomly selects two non-profit organizations to receive a $50 Park Place Gift Card. If your non-profit organization has an auction or fundraiser and is interested in a donation from Park Place, please follow the below instructions.

1. Submit a request on the company letterhead of the organization. Include the following:
• Event date and time
• Event Description
• Organization
• Purpose of the Donation
• Due Date for Donation
• Contact Person
• Contact Phone Number
• Contact Address
All of this information needs to be included IN WRITING in order to be eligible for a donation.

2. Submit this letter by email only (amy.watkins@cbre.com).  Mailed entry forms may not be accepted. 

3. Drawings will be held the 20th of every month. Each organization will be entered immediately in the drawing. If your deadline for a donation has not passed, your submittal will automatically be carried forward monthly until reaching your due date.

4. You will receive a letter of notification regarding whether your organization’s name was drawn or not drawn at the end of your entry period (based on your due date and the drawing that takes place the 20th of each month).
